Post-Secondary Information

At Elizabeth Forward High School, school counselors provide comprehensive post-secondary planning services to help students confidently navigate life after graduation. Counselors meet individually with students to explore career interests, review graduation progress, and identify pathways that align with each student’s strengths and goals, whether that includes four-year colleges, community colleges, technical schools, apprenticeships, military service, or direct entry into the workforce. They assist with college applications, transcript requests, letters of recommendation, scholarship searches, and FAFSA completion, while also hosting informational sessions, college visits, and career exploration activities throughout the year. By partnering with families and community organizations, the counseling department ensures that every Warrior has access to the resources, guidance, and personalized support needed to make informed, meaningful post-secondary decisions.
